Refund and Return Policy
At Field Fresh Agro Commodities, we take immense pride in the purity and authenticity of our natural products. Each batch of saffron, dry fruits, and Shilajit is carefully sourced and hand-processed to preserve its natural essence. Slight variations in color or texture are a mark of nature’s uniqueness. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert contact/email].
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/labels intact.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non Refundable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used or damaged items not due to our fault
- Items returned beyond the return window
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
